Frequent the reasons for stress can be enormous or it can be awfully simple yet people concern about them constantly, these people become The Worr-iers! The hormones released when our brain senses threat, tends to go away once that feeling of fear passes. This state of stress is perfectly normal. It evolves into a dilemma when the mind does not let go of that tear, anxiety, thinks and rethinks, and fixed stresses us out to the point that the feeling of tension, stress spins into headaches, beat, anxiety, high tension, and upset tummy. Stress has long-term effects depending on the way the body reacts to it. Often stress finds a way of expressing itself, one loses hunger or overeats. Forgive Yourself!

  Forgive Yourself ~ And move on!  Forgive the people for what they have done to you. The favorable aspect of forgiveness is that it separates negative power and energy and it abducts their power over you. The sooner we pardon and forgive, the sooner we move on to a generously more optimistic life. Always forgive people, but don't be a fool, but also forgive yourself. You have to forgive yourself for a lot of shit and let yourself know it’s okay to move forward. This is the only thing a person can ever really do is keep moving forward. Take that huge bounce forward without hesitancy, without once looking back. Just ignore the past and forge toward the future.   That is what we do move or bring another one in and no matter how we try and start over and move on. Some come in and disrespect us by doing the same things. They have disrespected in the past and thought nothing of it. It's like you respect me, but you ain't shit!

Same as this balance in life is too important and find your balance is the key to life and happiness. It is about knowing when to grind and take it easy.
