We all feel stressed at some point in life. Frequent the reasons for stress can be enormous or it can be awfully simple yet people concern about them constantly, these people become The Worr-iers! The hormones released when our brain senses threat, tends to go away once that feeling of fear passes. This state of stress is perfectly normal. It evolves into a dilemma when the mind does not let go of that tear, anxiety, thinks and rethinks, and fixed stresses us out to the point that the feeling of tension, stress spins into headaches, beat, anxiety, high tension, and upset tummy. Stress has long-term effects depending on the way the body reacts to it. Often stress finds a way of expressing itself, one loses hunger or overeats. Either of the two is not a healthful transformation. Nicotine generates an unexpected sense of relaxation and relief so people smoke in the notion that it relieves stress and anxiety. Too much stress and anxiousness can reduce one's concentration span. Often a stressed person gets distracted by his/her thoughts, instead of focussing on what is happening at that particular moment. This reduces the performance, focus and the person is more likely to make mistakes.

We must get control of the worries and stress in times like these. We all will be facing problems, there is no escape but what we need to learn is to deal with them. We must learn to identify and deal with the problem in an effective way instead of letting it ruin our lives and health.
