All the exercise in the world will not help with weight loss if your nutrition is out of track!

So the fact is how many hours can one spend in a gym at the most 1-2 hours and the maximum calories you burn in those hours after slogging and burning yourself up is 500-600 calories.

But what if we go home and indulge in a big meal with a lot of trans-fats or loads of simple carbohydrates and sugars. Weight loss will only start with a calorie deficit. The body will be in a calorie deficit if we eat the right foods and only then the exercise will show its benefit as well.

Even though exercise contributes only about 20% of your weight loss journey, it is still very important.

The importance of exercise is not just for a short while, it's for the long term because it helps not only with weight loss but for strengthening and toning your muscles.

A good mix of cardio, strength training, and stretching is important.

Over the years if we don’t use certain muscles they become weak and also lose the ability to do simple functions and that is the reason for aches and pains as we grow older.

To carry out these exercises we must give proper fuel to our body before and after the workout.
